The Salish apples have a sweet, tart, and tangy taste suited for fresh and cooked preparations. They can be added to a charcuterie board, dried into chips, tossed in salads, blended in smoothies, etc.
We stand by our product. If you are not entirely satisfied with our fruit, let us know and we will find a solution.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not ship. All orders must be picked up in Cawston, BC.
The apples are kept for 6 months in cold storage. All thorough the winter, these are our children's favorite apples!
