These apples are great when eaten fresh. They also hold their shape when baked. We use them for one of our family's favorite recipes. Try roasting a pork loin (Dijon mustard, sage, prosciutto), on a bed of Gala apple wedges. 

We stand by our product. If you are not entirely satisfied with our fruit, let us know and we will find a solution.

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not ship. All orders must be picked up in Cawston, BC.

Gala apples are great keepers. They will hold in cold storage for 6 months.
